WISCASSET SPEEDWAY TRACK POLICIES

PARKING

Parking is free for all events. Handicapped parking is available near the main gate. Golf cart shuttle rides are available to the gate upon request

CAMPING

State regulations prohibit overnight camping at non-registered facilities (such as Wiscasset Speedway). We do allow overnight parking during the weekend of race events, however do not provide electrical, water or sewer hookups. We recommend contacting a local campground facility if you are looking to camp.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING  

Food & drink is allowed. No glass containers, No Alcohol. Please have coolers / containers available for inspection upon entering the speedway.

DOGS

For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed inside the gates of Wiscasset Speedway. An exception can be made for a service dog (with the clearance of Speedway management)

TICKET POLICY

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. A race program is considered “official” upon completion of heat races. If a program is rained out before the completion of heat races, your ticket stub will act as a rain check for the next scheduled race date. Grandstand tickets may not be used to upgrade to pit passes. However, a pit pass will serve as valid grandstand admission.

FAN CONDUCT

Wiscasset Speedway strives to provide a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Fans using abusive or profane language will be asked to leave the grounds. Please report problems to the nearest track employees or security officer.

SMOKING / ALCOHOL 

Maine State Law prohibits smoking in public spaces. Therefore there is no smoking allowed in the grandstands or in any of the buildings on the grounds. Fans wishing to smoke will need to go to the parking lot or their personal vehicle. There is no alcohol allowed at Wiscasset Speedway.

CHILDREN IN PITS

There is no age limit in the pits. Those under 18 years of age (hereafter referred to as Minors), must present a current and complete Wiscasset Speedway Minor Release Form to enter the pits.  We request all minors12 years old and under to be accompanied by an adult while in the pit area

ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Special announcements (birthday’s anniversaries, etc) submitted by fans are welcome. A sign up list will be provided at the souvenir booth.

FUNDRAISING / COLLECTIONS  

While Wiscasset Speedway is sensitive to the request of people to raise money and/or awareness of important causes, we will not be allowing fundraising or money-collecting activities on Wiscasset Speedway property. We can assist by announcing any information related to outside fundraising efforts.
