The Rules are intended solely as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to participants, spectators, officials or others.

In addition, Wiscasset Speedway Management reserves the right to suspend, eject, and/or withhold purse from anyone who violates these rules.
At any time -should it become necessary in the interest of fair competition, economy, race procedures, race promotion, or in the interest of the race show itself – Wiscasset Speedway Management reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any rule(s), regulation(s) or specification(s).
Well stated by Beech Ridge Motor Speedway – The sport of auto racing is one of the most gratifying forms of competition: A contest of one-on-one, of person vs. machine, of teamwork and support behind the scenes. Like any sporting activity from skiing to boating; from hunting to fishing, auto racing at this local level is a form of recreation. Please keep in mind local Saturday night racing at any facility may at best be a break-even financial endeavor, and should not be entered into as a possible money making business.
Best wishes to all for a safe, fun and enjoyable race season!
